I am so bummed out over this news report This sucks, sucks, sucks. Here's how they justify it. The so called experts, don't even want to allow clinical trials for CCSVI. So now all we have left is a measly $2.5 million spread out over all of North America for this research. They keep insisting, these experts, that we should be cautious, be patient.
Why? Why should we? You would think that the possibility of a simple treatment, all the MS Societies and all the experts come out with both guns blazing, but No! they take the typical whimpy approach. I can;t tell you that. It would be a lie. Our quality of life is spent on wars, in Vegas, Monte Carlo, business aqusitions, vacation homes, yachts, fat cat lobbyists, medical kick backs, etc. Why should a drug company want a quick fix? Why would universitys that turn our doctors, want to change all their text books that now teach that MS is an immune system disease? Our quality of life is only of high value to our loved ones and our MS-ravaged bodies. Bill Gates has the money to cure MS; Am I the only one with the guts to say it? If his kid got MS, we would get a cure. This is not 1950. Gates promised miracles with the computer. I don't call FaceBook a miracle. Our DNA is mapped. What is the hold up for cures to MS, Parkinson's, Cancers? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
